John T

Lewis

John T Lewis is a New York City based actor and writer. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, he has performed with Lincoln Center Director's Lab, The Drilling Company and various regional theaters. He's appeared in several independent feature films as well.

 

John has written numerous plays including his critically acclaimed one-man show "In the Ballpark." He is the author of Amazon's Best Selling Book "Radio Master - The Life and Times of Sports Broadcasting Great Ted Husing (Langdon Street Press). John's work has been published in Montana Mouthful, Nostalgia Digest and Americana Magazines. His screenplay "Band On the Run" has been optioned and is currently in development.

Inspired by the great truth seekers of journalism, John was given exclusive access to Life Magazine's original files on their coverage of the JFK assassination. He has interviewed Dick Stolley, the man who secured rights to the infamous Zapruder Film, and family members of Tommy Thompson and Allan Grant, who's investigative work played a vital role for Life that weekend in Dallas. This insight has allowed John to live each moment, share every detail of this extraordinary story.
